I recently purchased an Osmotics product, Prime 5 thru the HSN network. I have been using this product for a week now and am amazed how much better my skin looks. Prime 5 has made my skin look brighter and definitely more hydrated. Before using this product my skin looked dull and dry. So glad I was watching HSN and saw the beauty segment. I have found a great new product that makes my skin look great.

Living in rural America, my options to buy anything were very limited. Luckily, I found HSN on the TV decades ago. I found fashion trends and things that fit properly. I tried skin treatments and various makeup brands. All were totally fully refunded if they didn't work out within a month, more at holiday time. Even the shipping costs to me were refunded at HSN if an item was returned. It made living in the country feel like I was in touch with some semblance of what was going on in fashion and skincare.I currently only use hsn.com because I'm too open to their influence because their TV personalities are quite convincing. Basically I check in for the daily special and I have alerts for my favorite brands as a heads up for when they will appear on sale.Their customer service is good and when there are errors, they make it right. There is no perfection but I find their business model and the way they implement it are quite good.

You can expect quality in all of their products.

I have used HSN.com and had great results. I bought a product and was given the option to pay in 5 payments. I also received coupons to do the same on 2 other products. I recommend HSN.com

Nothing but good things to say about my experience with HSN. one of their vendors kind of gave me the run around on a warranty but HSN. took care of itthey stand behind their customers.

I enjoy watching all the products offered by this company which is a great variety. Their payment plan allows persons to purchase many items at a great price. They are secure and the return policy is great. There is always something different on TV as well as their website.

I placed an order for a very good price on a Dyson vacuum cleaner before I read the reviews here. This website was originally a TV shopping network which transitioned to online shopping for the most part. While the transition of moving from TV to web is simple, HSN has clearly not changed their policies to match the modern-day era.They have very good promos occasionally for certain products which are priced much lower than other places. I've been a customer for over a decade and I purchased things from HSN between $20~40. I haven't had issues but I can't imagine buying anything an expensive product and running into issues. 1. To me, I don't care about shipping costs. If it's too high, I simply don't buy. But if HSN wants to actually make money, perhaps they need to negotiate better shipping prices or somehow offer it at no cost (such as adding it into the item's price which is what most retailers do anyway).2. Their return policy is not very flexible and there's no free returns. Even with smaller items, if you think you might not like it, you can't return it for free. I have no problem with that, but that's probably not desirable for people who may have purchased large pieces of furniture. They also have a very short return window even for high-priced items.3. I wouldn't buy any electronics from them. Just browsing, I can tell the electronics are of poor technical specifications. Most shoppers aren't knowledgable about technology and so when the host up-sells the item as if it's an amazing bargain (usually a bundle), it probably isn't. This is mostly for laptops and tablets.4. They take a while to ship out your item. I could wait patiently, but nowadays when most retailers are competing with each other, almost every place offers a very quick handling time. People have no incentive to buy from a website that takes 3-5 days to package your order and then another 3-5 days to ship if they can find it elsewhere quicker and at the same price5. Their "Address Line 2" in the checkout form doesn't work for me. I don't think it ever did. When I input apartment number, it would just save itself but not show up. I ended up writing my apartment/floor number on the "last name" field.5. This doesn't affect my rating: They're very good at advertising and marketing items as if you really need it. The truth is, you probably don't. When you see something that seems promising, read the reviews, research the item outside of HSN, and then see if it works for you. I feel like so many things they show are complete junk. The consumerist mindset that they take advantage of, lures thousands of people ordering things they don't need. HSN is very good at it.If you find shredders, printers, vacuums, phones, PCs, blenders, etc. priced really well here, you could probably check Costco or BJs to see if they have the same pricing. At least you could see it in-person, try it, and return it if you don't like it or if something is wrong. They refund you fully (within terms) and don't ask questions.

Eve in customer service is a 5 star employee!!My daughter had bought me a pair of boots and they came in the wrong color, so they were sent back in exchange for the right color.The boots came back brown again so they proceeded to plead with the customer service representative that the boots were wrong on the site, needless to say my daughter wrapped them for Christmas and I needed a larger size anyway so I called customer service and I got the pleasure of talking to Eve “what a lovely young lady”.She is a super hero she fixed our boot color issue and remedied the HSN site issue in a single bound while in keeping with her great customer service Training.Hoorah Eve
