A large variety of options to chose from and we did majority of things offered during our visit. I would have rated it higher if could days available for use didn’t have to be consecutive. We had plans outside of the pass on one of the days but not using it at all wastes that day. Would like to see a 5 day pass be available for use for 7 days from activation for example. Also none of the cemetery tours listed )believe there were 3 listed) are actually available due to some negotiations going on within the city. If you want to see and do a lot in the city then I highly recommend the passes. One of our favorite options was the New Orleans school of cooking. The class was a great mix of history and humor with learning how to make traditional dishes. The food was amazing and you were able to get really nice sample sizes. We took home the recipes and can’t wait to make them at home, hoping they turn out as good!

Our tour of the NYC boroughs was truly amazing, definitely the highlight of our trip. Our guide Jorge was just fantastic in every department. He was very informative, accommodating and witty, which made the trip extremely enjoyable. His expertise and knowledge on the diversity of this amazing city was outstanding, he educated us on facts about the Sat-Mar Jewish community of Williamsburg which I found fascinating and knew nothing about, and the like. We drove through a neighbourhood in the Bronx, former home to Jennifer Lopez, visited the Yankee stadium in Queens and made a photo stop at the Apollo theatre in Harlem. We made several stops along the way including a stop for lunch in Brooklyn, photo stop in DUMBO of the Manhattan bridge, and did not feel rushed in any way.. Thankyou Jorge for this wonderful experience and most definitely recommend this trip for anyone visiting NYC.

I love go city pass. I have used this several times for our family vacations and twice in Oahu. We saved a lot of money to see top attractions. Easy to use and makes it easy to fill your itinerary with meaningful experiences. Don’t think twice, get it!!!!

The app is easy to use, and initially purchasing the tickets is simple. The difficulties come with customer service and booking your events. Customer service does not always reply to emails and you have no choice but to phone. The phone operator seemed confused by her own policy. I requested Disneyland Paris tickets 68 days before visiting, which I was told was incorrect, and to wait until 60 days before the date of travel. This was correct and I duly waited until after 60 days to request again and received no response. I requested again and received no response in the 48 hours time they state for replying. I phoned and was told to wait 5 days from my request. I had made my request 5 days before phoning. Customer service phoned me back and said I should contact them 30 or 20 days before my preferred date. I mentioned this is for a wedding anniversary, but they did not seem moved. I asked for an explanation of why I could not book within the 60 days limit and the agent could provide an answer. She insisted it was for my benefit, which made no sense. With the customer service not responding and the time drawing closer, I am very concerned that this will not go smoothly. As first impressions count this is not good.Update: I received the tickets one hour after my review on Trustpilot. When going to book via the Disney website, we could get the day we liked but were lucky to find only one day left for when we will actually be in Paris. The tickets from Disney are valid for a year, so it is strange that Go City cannot issue them straight away. If we listened to the customer service agent and waited 30 or 20 days before the trip we would have missed out on being able to book. Hopefully, they improve their service as there is good potential in the company.

We are so glad we purchased the 3 day Go City Pass. We saved a good amount of money by using this pass. Since we had never traveled to Las Vegas before, the attractions and events available with our pass helped us to plan our vacation and maximize our time. Very enjoyable!

I have a voucher to redeem from before lockdown so tickets were extended to 2023..I have sent an email regarding this as I need them activated but no one has replied. Can someone get back to me please?

Used the go city pass in Vegas and saved soooooooo much money. Highly recommend! Plus got a free helicopter ride for booking a 4 day pass!

We used the pass in Las Vegas. We really enjoyed the ease of use and selections of things to do. Saved a lot of money and did many things that I normally wouldn't do.
