Fantastic service
Contacted Garmin last week as the strap connection on the watch face of my Forerunner 645 snapped. I had an email reply the next working day with a shipping label. I sent it in & had a refurbished watch face returned to me by the end of the week. No charge at all. Very very impressed, thanks!

Excellent customer service
Really impressed with Garmin customer service. Purchased the vivoactive 4s which arrived yesterday, after only placing my order 2 days before. I noticed that the watch strap unfortunately had a split in it so used the messaging service to contact their customer service department. They have arranged for a new strap of the same colour to be sent out free of charge. This strap is currently out of stock so they've arranged for a strap in another colour of my choosing to be sent out, again free of charge to use in the meantime. I've read quite a few negative reviews on here but both my partner and I have used Garmin for years we have never received anything but good customer service from them.

Best customer service ever
I bought a Forerunner 735X four years ago and it kept up with nearly daily wear, swimming and running for four years. Then, about a month and a bit ago, it just stopped charging. I did everything I could to reset it, cleaned the charging points, etc. but nothing worked so I called Garmin to see if I could replace the battery with them as it died. I was shocked with the response from Garmin - it was better than I ever expected, without any fuss at all the nice man offered to replace my four year old watch free of charge. No shipping charges or any other fee and two weeks after first calling Garmin I now have a brand new Forerunner 735X that works great. I have been very impressed by Garmin and it's customer service as a whole. Great job and I will definitely continue supporting the Garmin company.

Garmin saved My life
I use a smart watch for steps and distance. However I noticed that my heart rate had dropped to below 40. I went to the doctors for an ecg, he called for an ambulance and the next day I had a pacemaker.It turns out that my heart was stopping in the night, and the top of my heart was not talking to the bottom, I could have died at any time.My device is my wife’s old vivosmart which had a damaged strap. I got a strap for a similar model of the internet and made them fit each other. While in hospital the nurse was shocked at how accurate my watch was compared to her machine.Thank you Garmin, you saved my life.

I have owned a Garmin watch for a while now. Recently I have had to return due to a failing battery 103665675601. The customer services were fantastic, the return process was simple and a replacement was sent out quickly. I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

User friendly return on Fenix 6 Sapphire
I bought the Fenix 6 Sapphire. It is a brilliant watch and I so enjoyed using it. After a while a problem developed with one of the functions. Turns out it is a known fault. Garmin had no hesitation in me returning the watch via UPS and sending me a replacement, at no cost at all. Phenomenal service and a great watch.

One GPS and Two Watches
I bought a Garmin Nuvi GPS for my car ten years ago before they were so common in cars, and it still works great. I have owned an Vivosmart HR watch for 4-5 years for swimming and tracking other fitness items. Recently, after I thought the HR battery had given out, I bought another Garmin watch that wasn't quite as easy to program as what I needed. Garmin not only took the new watch back 3 weeks after I got it - no questions asked - but their customer service agent helped me troubleshoot the battery issue with the 4-5 year old watch. They had a great attitude and were super helpful. They said, "If it doesn't adequately improve the battery life, you can have it replaced with us." The cost estimate for the replacement was only 25% the cost of the watch when it was new. Great products. Great service. Very fair prices. Hard to ask for more in a company.

Amazing customer service
So I'm just off the phone with Garmin customer service about an order I placed last week that has gone astray in transit. The wonderful gent I spoke to (Laurie) was friendly, helpful, and has arranged a replacement order for me while they follow up on my missing order with the courier, hopefully to get the original returned to themselves but without making me, the customer, wait for the possibly lengthy process with the courier and finding a small package. Just amazing service, putting the customer first, quick and efficient handling of my query. This is the reason I've been a Garmin customer for so many years
