Happy customer of FlyDubai
Travelled from Bahrain to Dubai for business trip in economy class. As usual Fly Dubai was impressive. Smooth boarding despite the delay due to bad weather. Ground team gave constant updates about the status of the airplane's arrival. Push back was quick, in fact no time was wasted anywhere. Arrival was almost on scheduled time. It was a pleasant experience.

Great journey
Comfortable journey with Flydubai. Flight to Samara and back was comfortable both ways. Aircrafts were in good condition and seats were clean. Meal both ways was decent. Weather was slightly turbulent outbound but the landings were smooth both the days.

Good customer service
Good customer service, information was clear.Aircraft was clean from outside and inside. On board services was good, flight attendent made sure that people keep moving and the made them board the bus as per the alphabets Lovely flight attendant with “at your service attitude”. Good flying experience with flydubai
I flew from Delhi to Dubai. The ground staff and the cabin crew were warm, friendly and helpful. Aircraft was clean and fresh. Punctuality was the best part about their flight. Boarding, takeoff and landing were on time. Luggage also came out fast. A good flying experience overall.

Great customer service
Everything worked well on both outbound and inbound flight. Landing was on time on both the days. On both the legs checked in luggage arrived pretty fast. Cabin crew was efficient and friendly. They seemed to genuinely enjoy work. Definitely much better customer service experience in comparison to their competitors. Fly Dubai is improving with every flying experience.

Flydubai is a great airline
I planned a week long vacation to Colombo with Fly Dubai. This vacation was planned for my parents so it was very important that they have a pleasant experience. Dad was assisted by a wheelchair while boarding as well as deplaning. Mom was also helped by the flight crew while going to the washroom and back. Tea was served without sugar as requested and food was also served warm and it tasted nice. My parents enjoyed their trip on both the routes. I would like to thank the airline and their staff for the wonderful flying experience.

Good low cost airline
Fly Dubai was impressive in terms of quality of customer service, staff, airplane seating and their on time performance. Food was served hot and fresh and drinks option was also good. Tickets were bought at a very cheap price. Got more than I paid for. Needless to say that I will definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.

smooth flight with flydubai
We flew with Fly Dubai on our return flight from Prague. Weather on that day was very windy and we were prepared for some turbulence, however; except few bumps we cruised smoothly. Landing was also soft and we arrived in Dubai on time. A special thanks to pilots for their commendable job. The flight attendants were nice too. It was a great experience.

Good low cost airline
Flydubai is a budget airline and one has to keep this in mind before making the selection or keeping any high expectation. They have an option for luggage charges. Which means if u are traveling with hand bags pay only for that and not for the full luggage. They have veg and non veg option but ofcourse there is not variety in these category which is understandable. Seat pitch is ok and legroom is also sufficient for average height person. All in all a good low cost airline

Value for money
I have flown Muscat Dubai and back a few times and I am happy to choose Fly Dubai for travel each time. It’s a great value for money and light on pocket. Service offered is at par with a full service airline. The crew is friendly, pleasant and always ready to help. Ground staff is efficient too. I don’t book food in advance as I don’t eat on flights mostly so I like that Fly Dubai gives you the option to select or not select food. Their flight performance is on time most of the times. I like flying with Fly Dubai for so many wonderful reasons.

Flew from Riyadh to Dubai and back
Flew from Riyadh to Dubai and back. Easy check in process and nice friendly ground staff on both the days. Very courteous and competent cabin crew on both legs. Aircraft was new, clean and fresh. Hat racks were spacious. Seat pitch was almost 32, with adequate legroom and arm space. Food was good. After the meal I watched something on Netflix on my laptop. It was an enjoyable trip.

My travel experience with FlyDubai was amazing. Flight tickets were fairly priced. What struck me the most was their dedication to good customer service. Easy to use mobile app. Quick and convenient check-in process, all thanks to efficient ground staff. Boarding from the gate to bus and on to plane was fast. Inflight experience was smooth too. Flight attendants were warm and pleasant. Overall everything worked out well.

Great customer service
My mother and I traveled from Tehran to Dubai. My mother is 76 years old and needed wheelchair assistance which was provided by FlyDubai on request. We forgot her walking stick at the check in counter. We only realised it after we had boarded the plane. I immediately went up to one of the flight crew and informed her about this. She instantly informed the ground staff about the same. Staff did excellent follow up and got it delivered to us on the flight before the flight doors closed. We really appreciate the way they handled it. My mother cannot walk one step without the support of the stick so it was really heartwarming to see the staff handle it with that sensitivity. I sincerely grateful of the staff involved for their proactiveness. Great job!

overall a pleasant journey
My trip from Dubai to Tehran was good. Flight went very smooth despite the full load. Everything was well organised right from check in to disembarking. Ground staff was very helpful and courteous. Seats on board were spacious and legroom was enough. Food was decent. Overall a pleasant journey.
