In 2016, my mom found eShakti. Honestly, every dress I've ever received from eShakti is just beautiful. They're of wonderful quality and I absolutely >love< the pockets! (Though I'm constantly told to get my hands out of them.) I used to ask for books on Christmas and my birthday, but now I'm asking for eShakti gift cards. According to the dress standards for my church, I'm supposed to cover my shoulders and not wear extremely short dresses, so this is the most wonderful site. I'm so blessed to have found it, as I never believed I could find such an array of beautiful clothing on one website! So I ordered a military green leather dress from eshakti. I customed ordered the sleeves. Can I tell you that the dress and quality for the price is amazing. Wow! The material is soft and pliable. It's looks sovmuch like real leather that vegans would even be fooled.

I recently discovered this online company, and I quickly fell in love. Their items can be customized to your liking which is unlike many clothing shops. I bought a jumpsuit and a coat; changing the collar and the length made the items exactly how I wanted them.

I did a test order in the fall-I ordered a relatively inexpensive top so that I could see if their sizing, sewing, etc was up to par. I was pleased with what I got and so ordered a pretty chambray embroidered dress. It fits perfectly and it looks so pretty! Definitely worth the wait. The little gift of two masks was a nice touch during quarantine!

I regularly order from EShakti. I’m tall and long through the trunk and legs. I have a hard time buying off the rack and finding styles I love. EShakti solves all of that. I love this company. I took all the measurements so I can customize the clothing. Styles I thought I couldn’t wear i now can because they fit right. I have not been disappointed. I’ve ordered about 12 dresses since August. I’ve received coupons or sale offers regularly. And continue to check the site every Friday’s as new items are added all the time.

You can choose sizes (fit to your measurements or standard sizes), length of skirts and sleeves, necklines, and even mix and match the fabric from one dress with the design of another. As a curvy, plus sized woman, I find that eShakti dresses provide the best fit ever, plus they have clothing in natural fiber fabrics and nice deep POCKETS! Their prices are amazingly reasonable and they deliver within a couple of weeks. When I suggest that they make a certain type of clothing, they often pay attention to my feedback and make just what I had in mind! It really doesn't get better than this!

As a larger woman, I’m always hesitant to order clothes without first trying them on - Especially when it is from an international company. I have to say I am thoroughly pleasedWith the purchase! I tried eShakti early this year. I had lost a lot of weight but still couldn't to find clothes that fit. I got my first couple of dresses and thought, "This is why women use to wear dresses in the olden days! They're actually comfortable when they fit!" I had complete control over sleeve length, skirt length and type of neckline. Since then they have started making jeans. The measurements are more exacting, and I will make a few tweaks next time I order, but the two pairs I ordered fit very well. I used an old pair that fit well as a guide to make sure I understood the measurements. They have excellent pictures and notes to help you understand how to take the measurements. I have also requested some special adjustments and when possible the design team has been happy to oblige. I have ordered several dresses hip length and worn them as shirts. The pockets had to be removed but otherwise the garment looked the same as the dresses, only shorter, and fit well. The garments have all been well thought out and planned. There are even bra clips sown into the garments and sometimes garments will come with their own camisole.The initial investment of time is well worth it. I had my mom help me with the measurements since she use to sew. Every few months I double check my measurements. I have saved countless frustrating, embarrassing, uncomfortable, disappointing and disheartening hours in dressing rooms across not just my city but within a hundred miles of where I live, plus the gas to get there. Whole days of shopping condensed into a couple of evening hours browsing. I also save a tremendous amount of money on all the accessories I needed before to "fake" a fit or to ensure that no one could see through the tissue thin material used by other manufactures.I have ordered a total of 35 items from eShakti, all technically plus size, and have learned a few tricks for ordering clothing. If you are ordering a jacket, coat or sweater add at least an inch or two for clothing worn underneath. Better yet measure over the type of clothes you intend to wear. Measure after your last meal of the day, just in case. eShakti measurements are to be taken in full inches not fractions. If you don't want to be restricted in your clothing round up to the nearest inch. You may still want to round up if you measure just to a full inch (35" exactly may be more comfortable at 36" depending on preference and fabric, spandex/cotton blend vs. 100% cotton). When making adjustments remember your own body and how things usually look and fit on you, not just how it looks on the model. It also helps to have someone to help with the measurements and choose a time when you are not rushed or stressed if it's your first time. You can wear a thin, tight shirt and leggings when you measure if it makes you feel more comfortable (elastic waists can add a little extra bulk to measurements).The site will save your measurements making future purchases less time consuming and daunting. It is a good idea to double check key measurements from time to time.

I am in my 50's and have sewn since I was probably 5 years old. I had no idea what to really expect when I made my first purchase from eShakti. But I was blown away. The attention to detail and the quality workmanship is hardly seen in the clothing market these days. I could not make these pieces myself for the prices they charge. I ordered my first dress a year ago. I think I've placed 8 or more orders since. These pieces will not be give away pieces. Unless my body shape changes drastically, they will be worn for a very long time.I forgot to mention the nice gesture of a few face masks in my recent order!
