When I said that I wanted the car I'd booked, I was told that I could have it by 4pm. My booking was to return the car at 4pm, so this was clearly not an option (this could have been seen had the person actually checked my reservation). I was then told that those were the choices, and that was it...

I have been dealing with the Enterprise location on Mason in Daytona Beach, Fl. I have had to change my reservation 3 times, due to scheduling for me and the shop my car is going to. Though I have had good luck with all my rental experiences, these guys, and gals are awesome. Floyd has been so helpful and so patient. The location I called first on Tomoka Pines said we don’t pick up anymore. But this location said, “ we’ll work with you any way we can “. Hopefully, third time’s the charm. But I will definitely go back to this location. And I haven’t even got the car yet. But I will update when my rental is completed. I expect the 5 star customer service to continue.

Stop showing the vehicles in your post that are not available.I’ve been renting your vehicle since day one but I have not gotten what I wanted to use…RAV4 becomes Chevy EquinoxF-150 becomes RAM and so on…Show us what are your true vehicles are…If you do not have F-150, show us RAM… how come RAM is not on your list when you have this truck in your premises? Are you just using “SIMILAR” term for you to play safe?I hope in the future, when you try to imitate Hertz for Tesla… do not post Tesla or “SIMILAR”… or you’re just fooling your customers.

She gave me a quick run down of each vehicle and made sure I felt comfortable to drive it! She let me sit in the vehicle and get a feel for it before I chose one. Appreciated her service and patience! Thanks FLO! Front desk personnel was also professional and quick! Great service Ontario team!

Received exemplary customer orientated service from Charlottte, Tanicha & Tom at the Cherrycourt Way, Leighton Buzzard, Enterprise Car Rental Branch whilst my car was repaired at Hardings, Dunstable via my car insurer including lifts to & from Dunstable.
