WoW what a bunch of cheap crybaby’s. I love DXL. The Louisville KY store is beautiful. They are not fake With their attitudes about taking care of my needs-and always cater to my requests..very genuine and nice. I love polo and at times found myself going to the polo outlet in Simpsonville however even the outlet didn’t have what I wanted in its big and tall dxl always has a better selection. DXL online is even better and just as an example I love lucky brand jeans now after years of buying crap wrangler or other store big and tall dark blue 1980’s dungaree knockoffs that are so heavy and stiff and out of style it’s embarrassing to wear! Not my DXL lucky brand jeans ...every color in my size. I’m just like some here I’m 6’5 & weighted 436 pounds but I went on keto & have shed almost a hundred pounds and needed a new wardrobe ...DXL was there for me. Beautiful suits, awesome rock shirts ..but hey if all you can afford is the Walmart fat section then this is not for you. There is an old saying “ clothes make the man” and first impressions are important but there is a lot of crying about prices... I’ll drop $100 on a pair of lucky jeans or a polo shirt cause that’s my level...if your not at that level then go buy cheap junk that looks, feels, and wears like crap that shrinks three size or all the threading falls apart on the arms(aka I bought a 3xl shirt from Walmart in a pinch for work..washed it once and had to throw it in the garbage $39.99 wasted) conversely I have a black long sleeve shirt I bought from dxl when they were casual male out by the old Jeff mall 30 years ago!!!! And it’s still a great shirt!!! Still wearable and perfect with a pair of jeans!!!! That’s quality and that’s dxl!!! I can’t wait till this covid thing is over to see the new styles and shop!

My daughter is getting her Doctorate in Ministry degree in a few weeks and I needed a makeover to attend- not fancy but a little nicer than my norm as a Preacher/Construction Missionary . I went to the Kingston Pike, Knoxville store. Kevin Bass was outstanding. He listened, knew his products, helped me find what I needed suggesting, but not overselling. I went to the store in Orange /Santa Ana on Main street the other day Friday 11/23./2018. I came into the store to buy a pair of pants . My wife was with me and usually does my shopping for cloths . i will wear anything she buys me so if she likes it I do . There was a guy named Clayton there. It was the first time I met him. . i have been an employer for about 42 years so I am speaking from some knowledge of employees when I say my wife and I were very impressed and we walked in for one pair of pants walked out with 4 pairs and 6 shirts . He never got pushy he just made suggestions and told us about all the great deals they had going on . I told him he could sell world peace . My wife told me then he had been helping her other times she was there . i just thought you guys at DXL should know you have a great guy there from our stand point . Erica and McKenzie at the Glen Burnie store were excellent. I told them I was writing a poor review due to their effectiveness and ability to have my husband and I to take their advisement and spend above our budget. Staff was a great help and very patient with us

I ended up ordering the wrong size and then lost the return form that came with my order. I panicked and was ready to be really annoyed about wasting like 200$ worth of jeans I couldn't wear. When I went online easily found copies of the forms to fill out, even the return form pre-filled for UPS. I sent back the order and it received back the correctly sized jeans this time faster than I ever expected with a returned order. There were no questions, no delays, just quick efficient service. Thank you!
