I'm only writing this review to put at ease people who ordered and then read these reviews and panicked yourself. (Which is what I did). This is a corona time period entry. I put in my order on 5/4/20. I had my alcohol delivered (glass bottles) to Wildwood (one of the most remote places in America), and I had my order by the 2nd day. It did arrive via Fed Ex. It actually came earlier than they said. I have a 2nd order which is supposed to come on 5/16. Which they didn't tell me when I ordered (pretty long time). But I'm just trying to avoid going into any buildings so I don't care as long as it comes. I would not try to buy alcohol online for a party, and get stuck hoping that it will make it on time. I also would not trust delivery times given by any service right now, although Walmart seems to be pretty good about it! If you're trying to avoid walking in a liquor store...this worked for me!

This is a great convenience for me and any issues I've had were minimal. Deliveries are usually left at my front gate that is locked. I get the text that they are en route and stay on top of it. They have yet to take longer than 2 hours from time of order and I've had zero billing issues.

Do not use
Do not use! I had one good experience with Drizly, so I ordered from them again. The driver picked up my order for the liquor store, drove around with it for an hour, then marked it as delivered. I was watching the tracker and it was no where near my house when it was marked delivered. I never received it. I've contacted the liquor store and Drizly and both said it was delivered to the address. It was not delivered! You'd think they would have proof of it being delivered, like a drivers license scan. I'll contact me credit card company for a charge back. I guess the driver has my wine. Never order from them!Update: Drizly was kind to give me a full refund of the order. I'm disappointed in the liquor store, but Drizly pulled through.

Used Drizly for the first time…
Used Drizly for the first time yesterday. Got my order in under an hour, but the store I ordered from brought me two 6 packs instead of the two 12 packs I ordered. Sent Drizly an email with a picture and they almost immediately refunded me for the missing 12 pack, plus gave me a $5 credit on my account. Great customer service.

Worked great for me
I know there are a fair number of bad reviews of Drizly but my experience was top shelf(pun intended). I ordered early Friday morning a hard-to-get whiskey that I could NOT buy at the local stores (including the Total Wine warehouse) and it was delivered to me Saturday at 5:00 PM. Wow. Maybe Drizly had some difficulties and is now cleaning up their act, but I would have no qualms about ordering from them again.

Holiday Gift delivered flawlessly
In the interest of full disclosure, this delivery was made in the state of NJ and in a densely populated area.However, the Christmas gift I sent to our adult friends was made without a hitch and just as advertised and hoped it would be despite the number of "0" star reviews.Was delivered in the exact time window I requested during the busy holiday season. Understand that it is beholden to the local vendor, but in this case it was flawless! Great service for me, first time user.

Just placed an order with them today as the liquor I was looking for was hard to find. Know Idea they were in Chicago (just a great coincidence.) MY order arrived someday a Sunday with a call saying they were on their way and they were.Received exactly what I Ordered. Will order from them again. I can't speak for all the negative reviews but based on my experience 5 starts all the way!

DRIZLY started out great
DRIZLY started out great; brands you want at competitive prices, delivered same day. But it's been months since I've been able to get the products we use, common stuff like 1.75L Tito's, Tanqueray, Bombay at all. Prices no longer competitive on the smaller bottles they do offer. Too bad this AP no longer useful, DELETE...

I rate the experience pretty good.There was an initial half hour delay, as I contacted drizly directly through the order reschedule thing. and the support tech was very prompt. I was given two discounts towards my next purchase (a 10$ discount). I was initially not impressed but the issue was remedied rather quickly and the girl who delivered the products was very kind and pleasant. However, both of us had trouble getting Drizly's app to work correctly, in order to promptly process the transaction. Overall, I rate the experience pretty good. delivery was very fast after the issue was fixed, and the spirits were delivered conveniently, amidst the initial delay.

After using a competitors site and having a horrible experience, I was reluctant to try ordering liquor online but decided to give Drizly a shoot. GREAT experience!!!! I ordered 5 bottles for a gift to be delivered to a friend in NY. I am in NC and had no other way of getting him a liquor gift. Placed the order and within 45 min. my friend was calling me thanking me for his gift!!!! That is pretty damn good. I was expecting a couple of days or even a week but 45 min. Drizly, you have a customer for life!!!!! We will be using you for all our corporate gifts from here on!!!!

Unexpected satisfaction
Drizly impressed me. I ordered Jack Daniel's single barrel heritage through them, as every other liquor store around me was sold out and it was impossible to obtain. They were the only place I could find to purchase it online (at a fair price), so I took a chance on them, despite some not-so-great reviews. Their price for shipping was a bit high, but I found a coupon to save a bit. Though after receiving the product, I can understand why the shipping cost was so high- they spared no expense to ensure the product arrived safely. Their estimate of 2-5 day shipping was accurate (received on the 5th day) and the care that went into their packaging of the product was admirable. I would order from Drizly again and recommend their services to others.
