fitbit charge 3 : Nice tracker, bad service.This tracker is very nice and fits all my needs without being too bulky like others that offer the same options. However, dell service was lacking. I purchased this on the Feb 2nd, I went back to the website looking for a tracker for my sister's birthday, I pulled my fitbit 3 up to compare with the smaller fitbit and found the price had dropped by $50 on Feb 6th. Their price match guarantee stated this would be no problem "stress free/ no worries." I started a chat with customer service. They informed me a price match would have to be done over the phone, no problem, but with my work schedule I wasn't able to call immediately. I asked the chat rep if taking a screen shot would confirm pricing when i was able to call back (within the 30 day time frame) he said to take the snapshot. I was able to call back on 2/17. I was told they no longer offer this item and wouldn't price match. I quoted their price match guarantee "refund of difference if price changed within 30 days of purchase" and it didn't seem to matter. I also sent the screen shots of the price on their website with a timestamp. Also didn't matter... After 30 minutes of back and forth I was told they would call me back after more research was complete. Later a $25 credit was offered. I appreciate any refund but definitely think they need to reword their policy. It's misleading and false advertisement.

In the last year and a month I have purchased 2 Alienware pcs. One for my son in 2019 for Christmas and one this passed summer for myself. The computers are running great, I received both in the time they promised, both booted up perfectly fine. We play Rainbow Six, and occasionally COD2 multiplayer together. My son plays a lot of other games and uses his pc for school. He's studying graphic design.My 3 stars are for support. I purchased software that did not come installed. It was not in the "Alien Software Locker" which is where software would be to download. Support had no easy solution so it took weeks before I received links to download software. After months of use of software the "update" changes the software to one that requires a subscription. I would like to think that I should have the software I purchased and given an option for the update in addition to what I purchased. BUT the software is now locked as trial period. And the software I purchased is no longer accessible. Of course Dell can't do anything. When we call Dell or text chat with them it ends with nothing good.

I have a brand new dell xps 15 9500. I have had it a couple of weeks and loved how it worked until my ssd drive fried. I spent 2 hours on the phone with a very nice warranty support person as we went through all the troubleshooting. At the end it was determined they would send someone out to fix it within 2 business days. That was 2 days ago. I received no call or email. I called today and was told they weren't sure why it hadn't been put in the system but it would be another 2 business days. I waited quite a long time to be transferred to a manager. The manager explained a part needed to be ordered and that was why it was entered. Yes, I need a new SSD drive. However, that should have been ordered on Wednesday, not today. The manager assured me I would get service on Monday. Within 30 minutes I got emails confirming this. Then about 3 hours later at about 4:55 I received an email saying they didn't know when they would get the parts and that they would email at some unknown future date. I have important data on that machine that I will now get to reproduce because I can't count on any time of completion - especially after reading reports on this site. I have sworn by Dell for quite a while. No longer.Update: finally got a new SSD Drive but that wasn't the problem but without getting a new one, they wouldn't know that. It turned out the motherboard was fried. Today is Dec 4th and it is fixed and this started on 11/20. The service tech was very nice and helpful. I added a couple of stars due to the technical support.

The products and computers offered at dell are great. I am a very happy customer and all products last for many years without any issues!However the website is complicated and irritating, especially when purchasing stuff and configuring additional upgrades to the PC

I was worried after reading reviews, because I had already bought the computer. Lots complained about shipping being late and issues with the computer. My computer was scheduled to be delivered from 12th to the 15th of May. I got it on the 12th. Computer works great. Runs fast. The only thing is I believe it has used things in it bc it had a name at start up already. Although I try to change the name my computer still refers to me as Adam Do. As long as it works I'm fine with that, but it was suppose to be brand new.

If you want it to last for as long as possible, Dell's laptops are a great choice.

I don't know where the hate is coming from but I've had my dell for 4 years now without any issues. Sure, the battery only last 45 minutes now, but other than that, it's still smooth as hell
