Ive used the ordinary products for over a year now and I love them however its impossible to find the cleanser. Particularly the larger size. I was sceptical about ordering after reading the reviews but ive ordered twice now to Ireland and delivery has been fast, the order was complete and there was no issues at all. Love the ordinary products, only problem is my favs tend to sell out!

So, I am quite new to Deciem and have been looking at various products at different times and have ended out placing 5 different orders in the past week, 3 of which arrived one working day later. The other two were only placed in the past 2 days. You must be working flat out! I think a lot of people are being mean - 1 star because their order is stuck in Belgium? Really? No reflection on quality and the fact Deciem would have no control over export issues once the items have been shipped - especially in the current climate. Please keep up the good work and stay positive Deciem - what you do is appreciated much more than this site suggests!

Was suspicious so came here. Just Received an odd email. The email was telling me that my parcel has been shipped and gave me the tracking number. Follow the tracking number for DPD. Stating it takes 24 to 48hrs to update. Looking on DPD and there is an error and tracking number not known. That is by following the link and also copy and pasting the number that was given to me. This never happens and I order numerous stuff online. They are stating on replies here that COVID-19 is the problem. This is nonsense. I have ordered other stuff from Amazon which has arrived the next day so this is no excuse. There is just something extremely suspicious about this website and the emails that I have received I would avoid at all costs from my personal Opinion and the experience I have had thus far. If Deciem reply to this on here please do not think that I will not return to let everyone know the outcome.UPDATE. they post a lovely reply on here but they have not replied to my email. The tracking number is still not working as other people have said. Do not trust this company !!!!!!!!! If genuine they would have responded to my emails. Ignore the other 5star reviews as I certainly along with others are having a poor experience. Does Not make sense they have time to reply here but not my email. I will be back to update any news. I will be getting my bank involved to get my money back. Good luck everyone.UPDATE: the last update was yesterday. My Parcel arrived today and all is good. I have to apologise to Deciem as due to the parcel number not working and no response to email, I panicked and though I had been scammed. I have previously been scammed before so I became paranoid. I have now upgraded my one star to five. My humble apologies Deciem. Do you accept?

I’m confused with the tracking. I got an email with my receipt and a tracking number. It tells me to click the link to track my order but when I do it just shows me my receipt with no information about my package. How do I see if my order has been shipped etc? I have no clue

I absolutely love all the ordinary products I have used. They are fantastic and do exactly what they say they will do. I have introduced my two daughters to them as well, and as they are so reasonably priced, they can now get affordable great skin care products too. I live in the UK and have not ordered direct from Deciem, but I have never had a problem with UK stockists and deliveries; the only issue I have is, the Salycilic Acid is like gold dust at the moment as I can’t get it anywhere! Apart from that,Deciem have great products at great prices!

I see a lot of negative reviews on here however I personally received my order in a timely fashion! I thought it wouldn’t arrive at first but it did

I have placed 2 orders so far. Delivery was fast enough. There was a product mix up with my first order but all it took was a little mail to customer services and I received the correct product a few days later. Great quality products.

Best cosmetic brand ever, offer both higher end and value products that all work perfectly (although joy of use and experience vary). Doesn't look like anything unnecessary has been added to be product. I love the producers' scientific approach to skincare.

The products arrived to Europe in 8 days which is much sooner than I expected. The box was a bit damaged and so was the package of 2 products but bottles are not damaged at all. Overall great experience and will order again.

I was a bit worried when I read all the reviews here, but I went on with the order anyway because I couldn't find the stuff I needed anywhere else. The package arrived 2 days after the initial promised date, with no issues. It contained an order full of Ordinary stuff, shipped to Belgium with no import fees. I'd say try it with a smaller order, see what your experience is and then you can always order more or never order again.
