My daughter and I were shopping at the Ashwaubenon,WI David’s Bridal on Monday February 10th. After visiting multiple dress shops that afternoon, I will say that they had the most reasonable prices and the best customer service! Brittaney Cooney greeted us immediately and made herself present and available to answer any of our questions. She was busy helping multiple customers but never made us feel like she was too busy to help She even offered to hold the dress that my daughter was interested in as we completed our search at other local dress shops One of the competitor dress shops refused to hold a dress for us for a few hours! We ended up going back and purchasing the dress from David’s. Thanks Brittany! My advice to prom dress shoppers in the Green Bay Area is to not waste ur time and money shopping around.....go to David’s and save ur self time and money

I went to David’s Bridal today with my mother and two maid of honours. Our stylist Nicola was amazing and so helpful! She listened to everything we wanted, and gave us an array of different styles to try on. I recommend Nicola for your bridal party as she will make your experience enjoyable.

Overall experience was great but..
Overall experience was great as we found the dress. However, it would’ve been better if our actual stylist helped us find it. Olga did not allow the bride to try something out of her comfort zone/ a wild card. She went with the reference that was showed in another bridal store which I understand but the whole reason why it was not purchased at the other store was because it was not the one.. it was all a waste of time until Israel came along and picked the dress that the bride took home. Thank you to Eni, Ferdireca and the other lovely short lady with the black curly hair and thank you Israel for choosing the ONE!

Went for an appointment yesterday with my mum, mother in law and 2 bridesmaids. Kelly was my consultant and she was absolutely amazing, really made me feel comfortable and excited about trying on the dresses despite me having no real idea about what I wanted. Kelly was patient and understanding and used her knowledge to help me find the perfect dress and I cannot thank her enough for that. She even let me keep my dress on while my bridesmaids tried on dresses for them, and the appointment way overran the hour and a half it should have been. Kelly and all the other ladies working didn’t seem mind and were all smiles the whole time, even after I had tried on at least 10 dresses and my bridesmaids at least 6! There was no push from Kelly to buy the dress there and then and she asked all the right questions to help me realise what I wanted. She was so friendly and welcoming and definitely made the whole experience so much better than I was anticipating. Thank you so much! X

Dream experience. Dream dress.
This is probably going to sound quite cheesy but shopping at David's Bridal in Birmingham yesterday was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! I was served by the lovely Paige C who was so kind, attentive and patient in helping me find my dream dress. I went in with a specific dress in mind that I wanted to try but ended up being knocked sideways by a completely different dress that I absolutely fell in love with (which wasn't hard as all the dresses looked so beautiful). One thing that both myself and my friends loved was that Paige was so great in involving our entire party. When I was changing dresses I heard her chatting to the girls and getting their opinions on accessories and it was just so lovely to know that they were also being included in the process. Even the manager kept popping over and chatting to us which really demonstrated the genuine level of care that the staff have for customers. My friends and I truly had the loveliest afternoon shopping at the Birmingham store and the cherry on top was that my chosen dress ended up being on sale so I got it for an absolute bargain! I will definitely be recommending David's Bridal to all the future Brides that I know and to look out for Paige if they pop in! Thank you so much for all of your help, I honestly am so grateful
