Travel Lodge - Cooper Dean Bournemouth Stayed here many times to visit family. Hotel is in a good position. Room always clean and tidy and quiet. I would like to give a special mention to Michelle. When my 6year old grand daughter was unwell in the night during our stay, Michelle was very kind and caring and couldn’t do enough to make a difficult situation easier, so thank you Michelle!

Booked into travelodge york Central on 5th May and only had a small case and holdall got in 10: 30 and asked if we could leave our bags while we went shopping as we couldn't check in till 3 hotel wouldn't take our bags which we found strange most hotels have a lock up room,it didn't spoil our stay but I think it's something they should implement as a standard if we had been staying longer and had a larger case we would have had to haul it around for nearly 5 hours I will definitely stay elsewhere next time and breakfast to go at £5.25 is to be avoided as it's a joke for what's in it

Travelodge Gatwick..spent 2 nights,absolutely beautiful room,spotlessly clean,quiet,excellent all round..reception staff excellent and so nice and helpful..restaurant and bar well ran and also spotless...loved it all..

Perfect for an overnight stay, clean room, really good hot shower and everything you need. Breakfast was lovely, it was really busy so had to wait for a few things but getting fresh hot food was great. Very friendly reception staff and a great basic hotel

I stayed at the travel lodge in derriford and one of the workers Ian gave absolutely brilliant customer service and was so friendly. He was so welcoming and happy to have a conversation with us, couldn’t ask for better service then what Ian gave. One of the nicest blokes I’ve met! Defiantly recommend this hotel due to the customer service, You won’t get any better anywhere else

It was lovely to be at travelodge, good hospitality and service by Carmen in Reading.

The hotel decor and infrastructure itself is a little bit tired and is showing signs of its popularity and heavy foot traffic. So a refurb would make the final star. That aside the service was perfect, the 2 chaps who dealt with an issue with an external company booking done so with courtesy even in the face of me literally throwing all of my man toys out of the pram, stamping my feet with my dummy in my mouth. My apologies for this, it's not something i usually do. But we had a very important event to attend of which i was put forward for a nomination for award. So the stakes were high for me.But they both kept a cool head and a professional smile and managed to calm me down, and saved us the higher booking price and also offered a complimentary breakfast, even though it wasn't Traveloge's fault the booking went wrong.The room itself was clean with fresh sheets and well turned out throughout. The bed was comfy and we had all we needed for a pleasant stay with a good nights sleep with great facilities in the room.Many thanks to the 2 chaps on reception for their professionalism and also for arranging another room for us and making the best of our initial bad situation. We didn't use the complimentary breakfast we were gracefully given, but we popped our head into the restaurant and it looked lovely, with a good selection of food, drinks with an inviting aroma.I also won an award at the event. So thank you for the great service and fixing something that wasn't your job to do so. It really did mean a lot to me. Thank you.
