Ordered 3 swim suits 5/12/20 and received a email the next day saying my stuff Been packed which was cool but I still haven’t received it. I figured there would be a delay due to Covid but purchased anyways in case since I qualified for 5-8 day shipping. Just like other they do not show me we’re my tracking is so I’m clueless to where it’s at. But what really has me upset is that Cupshe has already taking out the money from my account when normally when you buy something online your money is withdrawn until AFTER being delivered! I would recommend purchasing Cupshes swimsuits on AMAZON they don’t have as much of selection but at least you’ll see where your item is and they don’t take out the money til you received the package. And it ships faster from experience. That’s how I found this brand from purchasing it on amazon!

My shipping literally took FOREVER! It took 3 weeks to be delivered when it said 8-10 business days. It wouldn’t let me see the tracking information so I did a live chat with cupshe and said it would update in a couple days never did.... but finally after 3 weeks I got my bathing suits and I love them! They fit me very well and the material is so soft and feels like good quality!

I ordered my swimsuits on May 4th. Prior to ordering I researched to see if they would come from the warehouse in NJ or China. I was informed that my 4 swimsuits would come from whichever warehouse had them in stock. So I knew that shipping delays would happen due to a worldwide pandemic. You can NOT be in a rush and order anything and expect it to be here in a week with everything that is going on. All these bad reviews are appalling. I have not received my swimsuits yet but I was informed they would arrive May 18th and my shipping info was update within a week and a half. Before writing a bad review send them an email about your issue and give them time to get back to you (they will) I emailed them. Patience is a virtue... Anyways I love CUPSHE and will continue to order from here no matter what.

Managed to get my refund by calling…Managed to get my refund by calling their customer service helpline number,i ordered 2 XL tops; they are so small that will not fit a normal 9-year-old. Now to try figure out the policy to return and get a refund I searched for the customer service number and finally found one in google about their customer service toll free number which is+(1(EIGHT ONE SIX FIVE FOUR EIGHT TWO EIGHT EIGHT ZERO))))) after calling that number one of their representative answered the call, he guided me some steps and after waiting for 20 mins I got my refund.at first I thought whether they will really help me or it’s a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from them

I would love to say I LOVED the items I’ve ordered. However I never received them. I placed an order on April 26, 2020. With the impression it would be 7-10 days to receive. Understanding of constraints due to the virus I suspected it could be a couple days longer.... I received shipment notification on 4/27/2020 and have yet to receive any items ordered. When I submit a ticket I get the same response each time “ Dear Briana Bray,Thanks for contacting!Due to the global COVID19 outbreak, logistics will be slightly delayed.The shipping info will not be updated until it arrives at next facility.However, please feel reassured that the package is actually on the way. Have a nice day!” However this is not sufficient when the items haven’t made it to USPS and it’s been 3 weeks! I want a refund or update to my shipping ASAP. This is not a good way to run a business.Update: they have offered me a coupon for the amount of my order and said it’s due to the virus for shipping taking so long.

Agree on all the other reviews. Shipping and tracking is very misleading. If I would have known shipping is delayed (and possibly from other countries) I would have ordered somewhere else since I do actually have a deadline for a party. Can't say anything about the product since I haven't received it yet.

I was apprehensive of buying a bathing suit on line as most are cheaply made or you have to order 2-3 sizes up in order to get the right fit then there is also the question of how long before you receive it and will there be an issue returning the item. Cupshe gets a 5 star in all these areas . The size is accurate to a U.S. sizing , the fabric and quality excellent, customer service is quick to resolve return and I received my order in approx. 7 business days.This is the place to find affordable &cute bathing suit's and I highly recommend.

I also ordered a bathing suit and have yet to receive it. Spoke with cupshe 3 different times and get the same bUt different answers everytime. They never said anything to me about a delay due to the virus. That's something new I'm reading in these reviews. They told me in 3 days I would have tracking because it was on a plane on it's way to america. Apparently that was a lie. I thought this was a business out of America seeing that they are based in new Jersey... no where does it say they order from china and ship them here. I thought I'd get it pretty quickly since it was an american run company in america.

I myself am having the same issues as most. I ordered my package which was $80 on May 27th.... it is now May 12th and still no update. I myself am very understanding just wanting to get an update on what is going on with my purchase. I love the suits, and would like to receive them before Memorial Day.

I ordered three suits two weeks ago in order to have them prior to going to the beach and have yet to receive them or an update on tracking. I would like to know an update on order #126625 please before I can make an accurate review..

I’ve been having the same issues with shipping delays and not being able to track my order. I received an email from cupshe stating my ordered shipped on April 27th. I contacted cupshe when my shipping status wasn’t updating. I got pretty much the same response as everyone else. Don’t fret. You will get your stuff, just late. I finally received notification from USPS that my order has made it to the US and should be here May 15th. I’ve ordered from cupshe in the past and their suits are so cute and great quality. Can’t wait for them to get here!

This was my first order with CUPSHE, I am always a little skeptical of purchasing from online sites but this one seemed legit and had good reviews. I placed my order on April 26th and received an email on April 27th saying all my items have shipped and a tracking number from USPS with an expected delivery date 5-8 business days. I have tried checking the tracking number multiple times but it would come back as invalid. Today is the 11th business day and still no package delivered. I reach out to customer service today, who informed me my package is shipping from one of their over seas warehouses and they have not been able to get international flights due to COVID-19. That once the package was received in the US , the tracking number would work and that I should check back the end of next week. I understand delivery dates and shipments are taking longer due to COVID, I am not upset about this. However what I find misleading and upsetting is the fact that no where on the CUPSHE website or in any of the emails I have received confirming my order did it say anything about delayed delivery dates or that I should expect more then double the time quoted to get my package. This is very misleading and frustrating as the consumers and I do not appreciate it. Had I been given a delivery date of 4 or even 6 weeks from the beginning, I would have probably still proceeded with my ordered but been aware of extended delivery dates from the beginning. I want to make others aware so you are not left wondering where your package is for weeks like I was, I will not be purchasing from this website again for this reason.UPDATE-The day after posting my review and my conversation with CUPSHE’s customer service rep, I received notification that my order had been received and would be to me within 5 days. I received the package today. I appreciate their immediate attention to this issue and feel they have gone above and beyond to correct my bad experience as their consumer. The quality of their products is as expected or better. My main complaint was their lack of transparency with their delayed deliveries but due to their quick turn around and concern for my displeasure, I will be placing many more order with them. They have gained back my business as a loyal customer. Thank you CUPSHE 5 ⭐️ Customer Service!

So this is my first time ordering a one piece bathing suit. Now that I’m over 45 and not a size small anymore I decided to give this bathing suit a try and I’m so glad I did! It fits perfect and I can’t wait to wear it out ! And it’s husband approved ! His mouth dropped when I tried it on for him. I love it so much that I ordered two more suits! My shipping was fast and I didn’t have any delays or problems with that !

Cupshe's clothes and swimsuits are amazing quality. They also look identical to the pictures, so you get exactly what you wanted. Another plus is the shipping did not take long. I highly recommend ordering something from Cupshe!!!
