Code For Hollister April 2024

I have ordered from Hollister many times all of which have been a good experience. There have been a few occasions where I have ordered the wrong size and had to send it back and the refund went through fine.

I ordered perfume that my daughter wanted for Christmas at the start of Nov . I never received my order by 16th Dec but the next thing I know is that I got a email from Hollister saying that their issuing me a full refund . whf I didn't want a refund I wanted my daughters Christmas present ! The email offered no explanation or apology as to the reason why . I then got onto the site and was fobbed off with the shipping number and told that they couldn't give me a reason as to why I never received my order . I then sent another email and was fobbed off this time with an answer to ring this US number , I live in Ireland and was not going to ring an US number to be kept on the phone all day if their online customer service was anything to go buy . then I got an email asking me to review my experience on the site... YES... ! When I put in what I thought of them and threatened to tell every forum I'm a member of never to use them I got an email back offering me free shipping ( €15) and a 40 % discount if I put in another order . I still haven't what my daughter asked for but as the only Hollister store in Ireland is 320 km away I can't exactly ask anyone to pick me up a bottle !!. If I wrote this review a few days ago I'd be absolutely fuming but at least I got an outcome out of it and because I used paypal I got my refund straight away . And they did ship my product it actually got into Ireland before it was returned according to the tracking so it was probably out of their control . They just really need to update their customer service . Because of the final outcome I will try them again .

Affordable prices, amazing sales, and cute products! The only thing lacking is their sizing. I own 5 shirts from Hollister, and one of the size large shirts I own from there is also comparable to a size small, and their size small comparable also to their size xxs. Overall though, their pricing and items are excellent, and I will keep an eye out for more sales!

I bought high rise mom jeans a while back. They took a little long to arrive due to coronavirus, but they did arrive around the expected time. Throughout, I called customer service to help me track my order. They were very patient and resourceful. When my order arrived, my jeans were a little small. Therefore, I called customer service again, and got an amazing representative called Jeff who helped me order an exchange with the next jean size! I only find my jean size at Hollister, and I love their other stuff since I'm petite! Their customer service is also great :) and I love the effort! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Bought three items in the sale and used student discount on top, really pleased.Would have been good to know joining the Hollister club means a bigger discount

hollister is a great place to shop for clothes. their clothes might be pricey, but they have a good clearance section. all of their material is good. it’s not a fraud. i shop from hollister all the time! i recommend it!!

Had order from there twice and both time I was very happy for almost everything I ordered, so the webside is trustable.

I love hollister! My body type is very tall and slim so I love their jeans. When I ordered them I constantly tracked my order and the employees were very patient with me. The jeans ended up fitting great.

I've ordered clothes at Hollister a lot of times and they've always arrived before the due date. The quality is amazing and so soft, I don't know how they do it. The jeans however are really big around the waist, I always have to wear a belt and something oversized to hide it. Other than that I really recommend!

Love the clothes and the online shop. The quality of the garments is great and the only small complaint i've had with them has been the slow shipping of an order once.
