I contacted Clarks to obtain an update on my return. Marion took the call and could not have been more kind and helpful. She confirmed that my return had been received by Clarks and processed my refund while I waited. Her exceptional response does make me want to continue as a loyal customer!

Issue with a return item en-route for delivery. Possible delays with the package. I called Clarks customer service to explain the issue and they relieved me of any concerns I had about return payment. Marian was a courteous and helpful representative. I will definitely shop at Clarks again knowing I will be taking care of.

The customer service from ClarksUSA has been an OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! (It appears that any poor ratings came from customers who were dealing with third party companies.) Based on my customer service experiences with several other companies, ClarksUSA has been EXCEPTIONAL for several reasons. 1. They responded to my phone and email inquiries promptly and personally. Within 24 hours, oftentimes within 8 hours (over night), there was a reply by email. When I called, there was minimal wait time, I talked with real people who were friendly and knowledgable. They always showed understanding and interest in helping. 2. Customer service ALWAYS followed through. There were no empty promises. 3. When the particular shoe size was not available during a sale, I was promptly emailed a one time code for 50% off to use once the size was available. All the details in using the promo code were clear. There were no hidden stipulations. 4. I felt valued and validated as a customer. ClarksUSA wanted to ensure I was served as a customer so that I got the right shoe at the right price. When the shoe size didn't fit, returns were easy and free. 5. I give my deepest gratitude to Amber who emailed me promptly despite the fact that I had several questions over several different days. She was always kind, courteous, understanding, and eager to make exchanged feasible.6. ClarksUSA is an EXEMPLARY company! They should train other companies on what and how to provide high quality, legitimate customer service!

I had returned an order to Clark's at end of March and had not received a refund. Had sent an email almost almost 1 week ago and no response. Today, sent a Facebook messenger inquiry regarding the issue and Ellysia very promptly and professionally helped me resolve the issue in a few hours. I am really happy that she was able to help me with this!

I purchased a pair of Desert boots in May 2022. The package went missing for a week in FedEx's tracking system. I checked every day for updates and noticed suddenly it was delivered! I went downstairs to my building's mail room, but there was no package. I asked around, but no one saw anything. I messaged Clarks on Facebook, and before 72 hours, Deborah came online and investigated. Since she couldn't find any information, she provided me a full refund and a discount on a future purchase. Couldn't be more pleased with their support.

I had returned an item a month ago and I was waiting patiently for a refund with no response. I had called a couple of weeks ago and was told to wait. I was a little frustrated as I needed this money back. A very kind lady called Michele helped me resolve this issue as I did not have my receipt. She was able to find my order and process my return. Even though this took longer than expected I am thankful this was fixed. Michele was very kind and helpful.

Even though Clarks originally sent the wrong pair of shoes, Marian in customer service was fantastic and made the order right. She is one of the best customer service people I've had the pleasure of doing business with in a very long time.
