Fantastic value for personalised cards.
Ordered several cards from Card Factory online and so pleased with them. They were nearly all personalised with names for both children and adults and cost on average £2 each which is fantastic value. Even the envelopes are good quality with peel off adhesive strips. They arrived promptly in good condition. I will definitely order all my cards from them in the future lockdown or no lockdown!

Online card order!! Brilliant!!!!!!Website extremely easy to order from. Lots of choice. Simple Step by step design for a personalised card.I, (yes I), even managed the simple process of adding photographs.The cards came very quickly with no mistakes. Good quality card used and the quality of the photographs was great also.The only criticism I would have was that they arrived in a normal paper envelope and could have been easily bent. I would have paid a tiny bit more to allow for a card envelope. Can't knock it guysKeep it up

UPDATE - Upgrade from 1 star to 3 star:after a lot of emailing, I received an email with an actual apology and a credit Original Post :-Bought a card online and the description and front image is both a lie and misleading.Brought it to the attention of the "customer service" and they could not give a flying toss .Appalling service and spoilt was was supposed to be a keepsake card.

Firstly when moaning about online…
Firstly when moaning about online orders that is not the fault of the store staff maybe you should complain direct to the customer ervice section on the website and also if you go into any card shop on christmas eve the likelihood is they won't have what you want, that's why they start to sell in September/October but that sets people off moaning it's too early. Get a grip and consider the staff, I have found staff in my local card factory STRETFORD in MANCHESTER to be polite and helpful, the store is clean and despite it being busy the staff are always happy to go the extra mile. Most store staff work under intense pressure and a bit of patience with staff is not a lot to ask.

Wallington Store Excellent Service!
Shout out to Wallington Card Factory Store! Went into store to purchase helium balloon for my sons birthday - was told initially there may not be enough helium for the balloons I wanted but luckily the lady member of staff was extremely helpful and persevered especially after the 1st balloon didn’t work - I was very grateful for the excellent service I received as I didn’t have time to shop around. My son will be thrilled with his Iron Man! Thank you :)

What great customer services from one…
What great customer services from one of the card factory stores in Exeter. (The one nearest McDonalds) The manager (I think her name was Ally) was so helpful. The shop was busy but she just went out of her way to help me find my cards and could see I was getting frustrated with my grand daughter crying. She had the patience of a saint!! THere was a delivery happening at the same time. !!! That is what I call customer service. If only other shops in the city could learn from her! Thank you. Tracy and Ellen. X
