I got the cf spectral 7.0 and it is phenomenal. The build quality is second to none and the red color is so sick. The assembly process is foolproof and simple. Most fun bike I've ever ridden, downhill or up. Pops off jumps, nimble around corners, and eats up rocks and roots without batting an eye. High and low speed compression adjustment let you dial in your ride, and the wide handlebars and grippy tires give you so much confidence at speed you feel like a pro. I love the bike and the experience has been top notch.

I, like most during the pandemic was patiently waiting for stock to replenish so I could finally get my hands on a Spectral 29 CF7. I happened to be scrolling through instagram when Canyon made a post about their new 2022 Spectral line up so I quickly jumped at the opportunity. I placed my order Oct 26th and by the 27th the bike was already shipped on it's way to Canada. I received the bike at my door by November 2nd thats a total of 7 days (less than 5 business days). I couldn't believe it, I expected to wait weeks before the bike was even shipped, never mind the travel time from Germany to Canada. Canyon has clearly have put a lot of thought into their logistics. The only warning I would give to potential buyers is be careful with the "sizing calculator". My height is 173cm with an inseam of 81cm, I normally ride a medium frame but Canyons website suggested a Small. I ended up going with the Medium and couldn't be happier as it fits PERFECTLY. Just be very careful when sizing yourself, especially when measuring your inseam as it's intended to be measured as if you're sitting on a bike seat, not sizing a pair of jeans. I did contact customer service via phone and the chat about frame sizing after I placed the order and they were fantastic to deal with, very prompt and polite. I unfortunately haven't been able to get the bike on a legit trail yet but I've ridden some paved paths in my area and the bike is smooth as butter. My only other suggestion to Canyon would be to maybe liaise with FOX to provide better guidance on how to set up front and rear suspension. I was unable to find any info for my Fox Float X performance rear suspension as the owners manual made no mention of set up, googling was also unsuccessful which made setup slightly difficult (that could also be because I'm very new to mountain biking).Overall great experience so far, I would definitely recommend purchasing from Canyon
