Boscov'S Free Shipping Code No Minimum April 2024

I could not be happier. My order was delivered the next day! The product, men's fleece lined hoodies, exceeded my expectations and were unbelievably low priced. I was especially pleased with the packaging, not one oz of plastic! Amazon could you please take note. I plan to search the Boscov website regularly for my future online shopping needs.

I love their products and great prices too. The only reason the got 4 stars instead of 5 is that their order confirmations are so confusing you don't know what will be delivered.

I hate giving 5-star reviews. Nothing is perfect; but when I see 1-star and 2-star reviews, written either for frivolous reasons or using diction by those who are evident competitors who do not have the ability to compete, I may up my review a star. There was no need to do so in this case.We do not often go to the Eastwood mall in Niles, OH 17 miles away except for Sam's gas; but we are now going to go more often. Reason?? Boscov's. The store is huge, the merchandise is of very good to excellent quality well stocked, and the prices are fair or much better than fair, even better than most other competitors. However, those are not the only reasons. We went in just to look around, and we found a relatively expensive item for our new home for which we had been looking for months; so we were going to purchase it on the spot. However, the sales rep suggested that we apply for a Boscov's credit card. Well, there was a glitch in the process. My wife had a Boscov's account, which she had forgotten, in San Antonio, TX; and it took almost TWO HOURS to straighten it all out to change the information. Cassandra was a gem. She stood with us all the way to get us through, probably even missing or delaying her lunch break. Michelle also pitched in, and so did the manager and so did the staff in customer service. Without them, we probably would have walked. You will be seeing us.

I've been shopping Boscovs for about 4 years now. It's become one of my favorite stores. They have great quality kid's clothing and always seem to have a sale on just what you needed. Their site is easy to navagate and I've found their customer support to be excellent. Oh, and did I add they have a super selection of most everything they sell. One more reason I like to shop there is that they are family owned or an independant store.

I was hired as a seasonal associate at Boscovs, and my experience working there was fantastic, and magnificent. The employees and managers I worked with were very pleasant, and friendly. Everyone worked as a team to get the job done right the first time. Bocovs became my second family. I will miss working with the employees and managers but I look forward to going back to work when Boscovs hires again.

Ordered a Bedspread Set and the whole process from beginning to end was a breeze. Had to ask where I could put in a discount code, and with the easy Shoppers Help Chat, I was given an answer immediately. Then the shipping process was tracked, so that I could see where it was on any given day. Never heard of this store before, but, I am definitely doing business with them again!!

I had purchased a piece of luggage from Boscov's online. It wasn't the exact color I wanted.The problem was that everything is shut down in the Boscov's office.I sent the luggage back to the company and it cost me $33.05 for a return. I was very upset:(This Amazing company reimburse my luggage cost, and the $33.05 for shipping it back. All thru emails.That's unheard of. No questions asked. I had to show my receipt.Even with the pandemic this Company's customer service is impeccable
