I had purchased a piece of luggage from Boscov's online. It wasn't the exact color I wanted.The problem was that everything is shut down in the Boscov's office.I sent the luggage back to the company and it cost me $33.05 for a return. I was very upset:(This Amazing company reimburse my luggage cost, and the $33.05 for shipping it back. All thru emails.That's unheard of. No questions asked. I had to show my receipt.Even with the pandemic this Company's customer service is impeccable

My favorite store! Very fair prices, especially for linens, household items, women's accessories, and furniture. I am a plus size woman and love their PJs and nightgowns, and undies. And, after a nearly 5 year search, I recently found a Spring jacket at their store for just $19.99!!

I would like to give this Company Boscos 2 Thumps up, I was inside DSW shoes, and I was unhappy because of the so called sale they had. so I set there and I went online looking for some Bzees. I came across this Boscov's and much to my Delight they has some Bzees at my price YooHoo!!!!! What can I say about Boscov's experience it's great! Greatest asset is their customer service Associates, delightful and pleasant all the time. Very calming atmosphere for shoppers. Fashion Galore, updated trends. I personally have met some customer Associates who are beyond delightful very very nice people. They have coupons and sales all the time, will accommodate you if you have a coupons. I have great times, when I shop at Boscov's

The employees are always so friendly, they make you feel "at home." Their prices, especialy sales, are not to be beat. It truly is cheaper to shop Boscovs for clothes rather than Goodwill AND why pay more for used clothing when you can buy new for less! I am a serious bargain shopper. I spend hours researching items online before making a purchase, so you can trust me on this.

Have a 1yr warranty on a recliner. Im still under warranty and boscovs cs stated, after it took them 1mo to respond ,that they are not repairing chair because im reporting a problem 10mos into the 1 yr warranty. And any repairs on what their tech called an unrepairable chair i hav to pay for myself. Big ticket item broke in under a year. Made in usa WOW. N noone stands behind it.

We decided to check out Boscov's bedding department for a much needed mattress, spent quite a while looking testing and discussing the different mattresses with Stephen at the north store. He came and asked us if he could help us and gave us all the ins and outs of the different mattresses. Thank you Stephen, there are so many types to pick from. He is very personable and did not rush us and we felt he would have worked with us until we made a decision, no matter how long it was going to take. We bought our mattress of choice and he explained when the delivery would be and that they would call us the day before and let us know the time frame. (now past experience with deliveries from any company has always been a mess so we kind of figured we would just roll with the flow.) Day before the delivery Boscov's called us and said they would be delivering the next morning, just like Stephen said, between 8AM and noon and we were the third delivery, so we figured maybe around 10 to 10:30 or later. Much to our surprise Adam and Sean showed up at 8:30, and the delivery was completed in about 15 minutes. They were personable, polite and very efficient. Thank you Adam and Sean and WOW to Boscov's you did a great job from purchase to setting up and delivery. Best delivery service we have had in a long time. Also have slept two nights on the new mattress and love it!

I just love Boscov's. They have very good quality, customer service and prices. Their sales are pretty great too
