Bodum Free Delivery Code April 2024

I ordered a grinder on the 24th of Feb, money came out of my account on the 25th. Three weeks later my order is still listed as "sent to Erp". NO response to TWO emails to their support department and NO response to my message on their Facebook page. EDIT > Zero response from them and no update on my order history BUT my order was in my mail box today. Upgraded my rating to a 3 :)

Bodum 11750Reliable coffee bean grinder except cleaning. Cleaning rim near burr easy. Little mentioned about cleaning bottom area that shoots ground beans into plastic holder. After 10 minutes with toothpick and flashlight, excavated about a full teaspoon of fine grounds.

Had an issue with a cafitierre. Replaced promptly with no quibble. Brilliant customer service, and overall fantastic quality products!

All my purchases arrived promptly having gone from Portigal to Spain to East Midlands airport to Cambridge and then eventually onwards to me. Maybe not the smallest carbon footprint but efficient and quick delivery all the same.

I came here to write a good review but I was surprised to see all the negative ones. I had an extremely good experience with the company. I had order a hot water can and had not opened it for three months. When I opened it, I realized that it's broken. I sent an email about it not having much hope but they responded immediately and sent me a replacement within one week. I am super happy about the quality of Bodum and also their after service quality.

I have already bought some products in the past from this brand and I really like the quality.The products were sent with DHL from Germany and very well packed. It took around 4 days since I placed the order till I received the product.

Update: Upgraded review from 1 to 3 as now resolved but shouldn't have been this stressful! Sent another email reply to last auto email they sent. Laid out how many times I had contacted them and how/when, broke down exact problem and what I needed them to do to resolve it. Gave order references, product references and my address again. Didn't expect anything but 6 days later got a personal reply to that from customer services apologising for the delay and advising they were sending a replacement product out. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item first as some appear to have been.2 days later the replacement product is in my hands, works perfectly and I'm a happy customer again.However much I love their products though I think I'll still be wary buying from them direct online again after this experience, but they did come good in the end and dealt with it in the end as I had hoped for them to.PS: I also received a reply from Citizens Advice saying that the complaint about the lack of customer service replies was logged with Trading Standards.________________________________________Recieved faulty product and after over a month trying multiple ways of sending emails, social media messages and using their unhelpful helpbot and recording videos of the fault ... nothing. Just automated acknowledgements saying they'll reply within 48 hours. It's a joke and it's obvious I'm not alone.So, Bodum UK based in Telford, Shropshire. I have reported to Trading Standards via the Citizens Advice reporting page. If enough complaints received then action will be taken as they are legally not allowed to not exchange or refund faulty goods bought on the internet. I can't post a link for Citizens Advice to report using their online form, but it is available by googling "report a business to trading standards"

After a few weeks of issues around delivery, the order came through with no extra costs so happy to leave 5 stars for resolving the problems.

Awful customer service. I have a faulty toaster and want a full refund as do not trust a second is not going to have the same problem and it is less than 30 days old. You cannot get through to anyone and they simply ignore your messages. It is an automated bot that seems to screen your messages and does not pass them on.EDIT: Please keep on trying. You will get through to someone. I now have a full refund for a faulty product less than a month old. The kettle is still going strong. Amended review to show this. Taken one star off for the slow response

I dropped my new thermal jug and broke the lid, so contacted Bodum to purchase a new lid. The extremely helpful customer service person advised it is not a spare part sold separately, however she offered to check for a spare lid in the showroom. Within a few days, she found one and sent it to me free of charge and postage free - fantastic service!!
