The amount of options always surprises me! I absolutely love using this service and for any single person looking for an easy at home meal - this is the way to go.

Had a bad experience after ordering a meal on their site. Food is great but service is bad.

Great!Before Blue Apron, I barely ever cooked! I didn't enjoy having to search for recipes and then go to the store to try and find all of the ingredients only to get frustrated with not knowing what I am even doing! Blue Apron allows me to take each step and really see the meal come together. Every dish I have made has been delicious. My fiance and I have created a binder for the recipes with two tabs: Make Again and Eh. There are a handful of recipes that even though they were delicious, we personally wouldn't think to remake them only because the other meals totally stood out above them! The only downfall on my side is that my fiance doesn't help with the prepping or cooking and I definitely take my time to prep, chop, peel and get everything flowing which means a 25-35 minute meal, takes me about an hour! I have sent a few boxes out to family and friends to partake in Blue Apron and they love it as well! Keep up the good work! I look forward to all my future boxes!!!

Had a great experience with Blue Apron thus far. Only had a problem 1 time and it was quickly resolved over the phone. Not every recipe blows me away, but enough do that I am very glad to have signed up. Signing up for the healthy selection of recipes has helped me on my way to losing 30 lbs, so far.

Blue Apron is the best thing we ever had when it comes to meals. We were at the point of not knowing what to make for dinner. With Blue Apron, we pick 3 meals a week and now we only have to figure out what to eat 1/2 of the week instead of each and every day. 95% of the meals we have picked have been amazing.

So far all our meals have been delicious. I like that the spices, especially spices like red pepper flakes and a few of the other items state on the instructions to use depending upon how spicy you like your food. We love all the fresh vegetables and the different ways they are used. Some of the dishes I will buy the items and prepare for others. We love how healthy and using so many different spices and eating so many different ethnic foods that I've never eaten. Thanks

My boyfriend and I have gone back and forth between Blue Apron and another home delivery service and they both seem to have the same problems. Missing ingredients and the quality of the produce or other product. We have had frozen produce, moldy rolls, open containers and mushy product a day of getting the box. The customer service is top notch and as always quick with a response, but the inconvenience becomes an annoyance, which almost cancels the customer service out. Oh and I am getting really tired of Kale and freaking green beans.

I'm a huge fan of Blue Apron. I have been using this service off and on for several years and have been consistently delighted with the quality, flavor, variety, and ease of making the meals they send. I had gotten in the habit of taking my small family and eating out a lot, because I felt too busy to meal plan, or when I did, something came up and one of the things I'd purchased went to waste. It also seemed like I never had exactly the right consumable items (things like yogurt, ricotta, or lemon juice), or I had to buy produce in quantities that didn't work (like whole heads of cabbage when I only needed one quarter). I did occasionally end up not making a Blue Apron meal because something came up, but a friend had suggested as a best practice to think ahead and throw the meat in the freezer (and even the "knick-knacks" depending on what was included) so nothing went to waste. Later, I could still make it after buying just a few dollars worth of produce. Sometimes I choose not to get deliveries so I can buy ingredients myself and make meals that they've sent before, since I have the recipe cards and they even helpfully explain what is in things like seasoning mix or dressings they send. I recommend Blue Apron for anyone who's interested in becoming a better cook, trying new menu items, feels like they don't have time to menu plan or shop, or wants ideas for how to change up what they already eat. It's also great for helping to get kids involved in cooking, in my experience. My daughter was a selective eater but from our first Blue Apron meal that we made together, she has been excited about their foods and open to trying almost everything they send.
