Love, love love it! I have received this for Christmas for the past three years and every time my daughter asks what I want for Christmas I say “Birchbox”. I look forward each month to picking the box choices and then actually receiving the box! Love the products and especially love how now there are 4 curated boxes to choose from. Just keeps getting better. Just when I think I have found the perfect mascara, eye brow gel, face wash etc. a new sample appears and I like it even better!

I keep seeing negative comments but I have never had an issue with Birchbox. Been with them for 2 years now. I’ve had 2 boxes with broken products but these were replaced really quickly. I look forward to the boxes each month and I have made loads of additional orders due to liking the products I have tried.

I've had a great experience with Birchbox. I received a 6-month subscription for Christmas last year and once it expired, I quickly signed up for $10/month. This Christmas, I again received another 12-month subscription. I cancelled my monthly billing which I was worried about because I didn't want it to be a hassle like other things. However, cancelling was the easiest thing ever! So I cancelled and redeemed my 12-month subscription. I will be signing back up for the monthly once my subscription expires!

Birchbox offers me the experience to use products that are new to me.

Other than the shipping problem earlier I do have to commend you on the promptness in correcting the issues. I have enjoyed my subscription immensely. I have actually used some of the samples to try and get friends to subscribe. Each and every product has been great.

I'm so down with Birchbox. I've been a subscriber for 3 or 4 years now, and overall I'd say I enjoy 90% of the boxes I receive. The samples are so generous I often don't even have to buy full-size versions. I've also discovered a lot of great products through Birchbox.

I think the quality of items you get is better than the other subscription boxes I've tried.

There are consistently shipping problems with Birchbox, though the customer service is great and they are always quick to offer a solution, but it is still incredibly frustrating. It is a little frustrating that you can't customize your monthly boxes more-i even have the testing thing and have requested that i don't receive a lot of hair products but I still continue to get 1-3 hair products in my box a month. I also think that some of the samples are not up to par (things like sachet and perfume samples aren't really worth it, maybe include at least six samples in the box if those are included. Also what happened to the full sizes we would occasionally get?) It would be nice to receive samples of stuff that are in our wish lists. Special Birthday gifts would be nice as well. Honestly I am getting a little bored of the service and don't know if I will renew my Yearly subscription - which is a shame because I see all these great brands and products that BB carries and yet I just seem to be getting things I don't want. Apart from free shipping for VIBs that aren't really any other perks that are worthwhile. Maybe VIBs could occasionally pick any sample they want? Sample choices so far haven't been exciting and even for VIBs it can be hard to get a hold of them. I wish you could combine offers as well. I feel like so much money goes into box design and videos and marketing when it could be going towards samples/full sizes/the customers. Like I said, I am just getting a little bored with the service; the novelty has kind worn off and there are constantly problems with monthly boxes and orders that I make. BB needs to spice it up. Also BB France has some AMAZING products, can you please carry some more french brands/do a trade with BB France? Like we can get a box BB France or England Box? That would be great! Spice it up BB!
