Big Lots Coupon Furniture April 2024

I like this chain of stores but they lack inventory organization. I drove 50 miles to pick up a bed they said they had in stock to find out that they had been sold out for a week

I live in Tacoma Washington and only shop in the Tacoma Big Lots location. They have the best customer service, the store is always clean and organized, the staff always gives a hello welcome as soon as we walk in. If I need something, I always shop for it at this Tacoma big lots first then I’ll go to target Walmart and whoever els to next. Thank you Tacoma Big Lots!

I was in the store in 23 miles and vandyk yesterday to buy a Christmas tree the tree was on sale and it was 200$ the tree was large and comes in 2 boxes and they charge me for both boxes and the manager said yes it is 200 for each box unbelievable also the sign said all food gift wrap are 50% off and the manager insist it is 25% off.

I went to the store location in Simpsonville sc. The store was well maintained. Everything was so nice and neat. The customer service was excellent. Now I expect for all Big lots to meet these standards. I spoke to the manager and he was really nice. Great experience

BIG LOTS STORE# 1477 I WAS LOOKING TO PURCHASE AN GAZEBO, WHICH I DID! MARK WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE BROYILL GAZEBO. I WAS PURCHASING. MARK STATED THAT I NEED NOT BE IN A RUSH, JUST GIVE HIM OR THESIS AN HEADS UP AS TO WHEN I WANTED TO COME AND PICK MY GAZEBO UP.I MUST SAY, ROUGHLY A WEEK LATER, I CALLED THE STORE AND THESIS ANSWERED THE PHONE. HE STATED HE WILL HAVE EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND READY FOR MY PICK-UP AND THESIS DID NOT DISAPPOINT ME. HE WAS SO NICE AND HE TOOK THE TIME TO HELP ME LOAD MY GAZEBO, EVEN THOUGH THE STORE WAS SUPER BUSY AND THEY WAS SHORT STAFF. THESIS DID AN AWESOME JOB AT TAKING CARE OF ME AND MY GAZEBO. I met a really nice guy, big burley man ,very sweet, he had tons of tattoos. I asked him where he got them an he said north Carolina then he said Why he got them there. One tattoo was a crest from the place he was born the second was a sword he got after he survived cancer ,the third was in memory of his late mum the forth was of jesus doing basically a T pose in the air with his junk somehow fully covered with silky cloth an the guy said it meant know your limits. We were in line an waiting the the other cashier called me to ring up my stuff also a sweet dude no problems at all.

I want to personally thank one of the store managers by the name of Betty and her entire team. My experience with this location was exceptional. I recently purchased a bunk bed from this location. Once we got home and got to the very end of building we realized there was a defect in the holes needed to complete the bunk bed. It was late at night and we reached out to management, the closing manager Betty found the replacement and stayed at the store past closing hours in order for us to pick it up and prevent our kids from sleeping on the floor since we'd already given their old beds away. The next morning, I realized that we gave one part back that we needed to complete the ladder on the bed and my cell phone was in the box we gave back to the store the night before. We arrived a few minutes before open, they let us into the store to get what we needed including the phone. I was surprised to see that the same closing manager was there this morning as well. I can not thank them enough not only for being essential workers, but going above and beyond to help my family and I. I truly appreciate it, the bed is beautiful, and we could not have asked for better service. You all were amazing and I wish you all many blessings during this time and beyond.

I frequently visit the Big Lots store in Boyertown Pa. There is a gentleman that works there that actually has me coming back so often. His name is River. I have never in all my 37 years have ever been treated like this kind and beautiful soul does. Whenever I can't find something or looking for a idea for my never ending downstairs remodel he is right there and he always goes out of his way to make sure I leave with a (big) smile on my face.So charming. Trust me Chivalry is not dead.
