I love Bath and Body Works. I love all the soaps and body washes. I'm yet to try the car and home fragrances. I do only shop when they have their sales. Once you use their foamy hand soaps, you won't want to use any other brands.

I wrote a review on Nov 24 on my not delivered order. Needless to say I was not pleased. I called the 800 # and Nick in Customer service was so helpful. He told me he would resend my order and I received the full order today. Shout out to Nick for your awesome service!

I find good things here to give my daughters and grand daughters.

My bath & body works experience was absolutely phenomenal! They were all so sweet and kind and very helpful especially Abu at the eagan outlet, he helped us with everything finding things and more thank you so much bath & body great experience!!!

The employees where ever helpful and special when people asking for help. They where also ever welcoming, kind, honest and ever positive that fill up the good atmosphere in the store include music that made you smile.Also ever organize and had everything ready before the people hit to the store even during a huge rush but most importantly it was not to crowed even everyone enjoy the scents in the whole store. I had trouble finding my fragrance mist and deciding on a few new ones to take home with me but when I ask girl employee to help me she was more than helpful she was the most sweetest person I have ever meet also amazing person that got along with others as a team including finding out where the fragrances mist might be in different locations.She help me out by making good decisions and finding my fragrance mist that's me.Even told me how long the sales will be and the offers of 50%-75% off.Even there where most fragrance mist are online this's the store that others love to shop with this kind of positive energy.I am grateful she help me out when my day was hard and rough even helping me make a decision that I couldn't.Thank you for helping me out when I need it most.

Okay, I never had any strong opinions about B&BW until today. I had a package stolen off my doorstep and contacted them to see what they suggested doing next. They offered to replace my package for free. The BEST customer service ever, seriously. I had a similar issue with Urban Outfitters once and they refused to help me and even blacklisted me from shopping online after arguing with them (the shipper stole that package, I had footage. And I live in Brooklyn so this is a common issue). So long story short, I will be buying from Bath & Body works for life.

I love Bath and Body Works for small gifts for friends or secret santa. In recent years I haven't shopped here as much because they usually for some reason always discontinue the scents I love... I must have bad taste or I'm cursed. In any event, I had a great coupon and came in here to purchase some items for presents and to get some items for my boyfriend's 11-year old daughter for Christmas this past December and had a great time shopping around. I always purchase their lemon and orange scented soaps for my kitchen so I stop in every few months when there is a sale. Their candles smell wonderful and they have great promos from time to time. I don't understand why the reviews are so poor - it is what it is. I don't shop here for quality body spray or lotions anymore because I find the smells too strong and the lotion too watery but for gifts and small items and soap - it's a great spot and the coupons, which they let you combine, add up to great deals!

I live in B.C, Canada and order online from bath and body works quite frequently. My orders are always delivered earlier than quoted. My product is always correct and never broken. I want to say thank you so very much for your continued service and great product. Keep up the good work. I appreciate all that you do.

Bath and Body Works is one of my favorite stores ever: however, I’ll never order anything online again!! I ordered something for my daughter for Mothers Day It wasn’t until after I submitted the order that I received notification they were running behind. I tried to cancel because I wanted her to get something by Mother's Day, but I was told once an order is submitted, it can’t be cancelled. (It was 5 min later.) On Monday I got an email saying it was “about to ship’. It’s Wednesday and it still hasn’t been sent. I don’t appreciate being strung along. Hope she gets it before Fathers Day!! Again, love the store. But their online delivery service is TERRIBLE!!

I been shopping at BBW for almost 10 years now. I decided to shop at the Arlington Highlands store since the area is nice and I just enjoy the scenery. I’ve visited the store lots of times and I’m always indecisive and this young beautiful young lady name Cabrini ask me if I needed help now remind you others had seen me and never ask to help me they just stood there looking at their phone texting & seemed like they didn’t want to do the job they’re paid to do! Very unprofessional which had me a bit irritated. Cabrini was so pleasant & reassured me that I’d find exactly what I needed she was so knowledgeable and knew her stuff she explained in detail of each product in/out. When I tell you Cabrini was thorough I mean she didn’t skip a beat. Her voice was pleasant and she kept a smile on her face the whole time. Now that was great customer service and I mentioned to her how awesome she is & as a customer we look for that. We know their jobs can be tough and challenging from day to day. Cabrini mentioned she loves what she do and to help her customer’s and her name represents BBW That says a lot about her character, dedication & loyalty she has for BBW. You cannot ask for nothing & I want to say THANK YOU CABRINI for all that you do and your hard work is not going unnoticed to your customers. We see you and wish their were more like you in the industry. You are dedicated to BBW and they need to recognize what they have in YOU instead of overlooking you for the ones that’s only there to collect a paycheck. You’re passionate, kind, courteous & knowledgeable of all the products In there and hard working. I was very pleased with you and I will refer all my friends, coworkers & family members to visit you at your store I know they’ll receive exceptional customer service.
