Balsam Hill $15 Off April 2024

We are very pleased with the tree that was received in great condition. We did observe that it is a bluish green rather than a bright green as displayed on the website. It looks similar to a Blue Spruce. But, we do like it.

I had difficulty contacting Customer Service and posted this in an earlier review. Turns out, my email went to the wrong address. They responded and assisted me with a replacement. Very professional and helpful.

We recently ordered two larger, outdoor trees offered by Balsam Hill, to use for blocking some holes along our fence line for additional privacy. These have been installed, & we are very pleased! They are not inexpensive, but we took advantage of a great sale price right after Christmas, & we think they are worth what we paid.We live in the Southwest, where water is scarce, & a mega-drought is in progress. We have many real, living trees, which we must water for them to survive. In recognition of the devastation that human-caused CLIMATE CHANGE, & this endless drought are causing, we decided not to invest in more living trees at this time. These outdoor trees from Balsam are just what we had been searching for. They are quite realistic in appearance, & from even a short distance look like the real thing. Now, our privacy gaps are blocked, & no watering, pruning, fertilizing, or pest management ever required!We were very happy with Balsam's knowledgeable customer service when ordering, & frankly, were astounded at the speed with which these large trees arrived. My husband is not able to do heavy physical labor anymore, so I did have to ask our occasional gardener crew to help me unpack & set up the trees, which they did fairly quickly, considering the size (9 ft. & 61/2 feet) & also the need for anchoring the trees against wind.So far, these look like a great product -- when summer arrives at our high elevation location, we will see how good the UV stabilization performs, but for now, they are beautiful! We may order a few more in the future, when future sales occur, especially if any of our real trees should perish. Thank you, Balsam Hill !

I have a Christmas tree and rollling wheel storage bag. The lighted tree is just beautiful....and I can't say enough about how 'easy' the wheels make soring the tree. Customer service is excellent. Couln't as for a better experience.

Had an issue with box being damaged in shiping. Called they immediately put through a replacement order and a prepaid return label, damaged box was picked up and new tree delivered in a matter of days. Amazing customer service with Pam and Louis

Beautiful wreath, super fast service/shipping. The loop on the wreath is flimsy, however, so recommend replacing the plastic loop with a metal ring. Customer Service took care of my issue with a wonderful offer to ensure my satisfaction.

I sent a message to return an item which I realized would not work in the location I wanted it for, and was pleasantly surprised at the speed of the response and the final resolution. The customer service was excellent and could not have been better.
