I had an amazing experience. I was hesitant about buying from them because of the reviews. I added quite a few prints to my shopping cart. I wasn’t sure I wanted to buy them (again, hesitating because of the reviews). I got an email saying they were going for half price. So, I thought, what the hell, I’m stuck in the house and want to work on my project. I bought them. The delivery took awhile, which is to be expected when I live in Canada and it’s during a pandemic. I got a call from fedex that I had to pay custom fees, again, expected because I read the reviews. When I got the order, the prints were incredible! They were quality prints! I am thrilled about them. Review for other customers:Expect to pay custom fees. Expect a wait time.Expect great quality prints. My experience anyways.

Reasonable price for good quality prints poster, mine looks like a real oil painting drawing. Looks great in a frame and enhancing the room. Hope they come in a larger size poster.

I was hesitant to order from this website due to all the negative reviews but I'm glad I did. I purchased wall decals and they were on sale and it only cost $2 for shipping. The decals arrived within 1 week even with all the craziness going on with the coronavirus. They were in perfect condition. I'm a satisfied customer.

Ok, so I found this site online while searching for some character cardboard standees. I was looking to place a rather large order for my church. I got on their live chat feature and the customer service agent hooked me up with their 50% deal that they had running. Saved me tons of money. I placed the order. THEN I came across the review sites for this particular company and it wasn't looking good based off of other reviews. Honestly, it freaked me out. I thought for sure I had just gotten taken/scammed based off of other reviews. I made it a priority of mine to stay connected with the customer service agents, checking on my order and tracking information. That whole experience for about a weeks time was very pleasant. Customer service provided everything I had asked for. Tracking information came fairly quickly and my order was delivered a day earlier than it's projected delivery date. At this point, so far so good.I opened the box to take a look at the 15 to 16 cardboard character standees that I had ordered. They were nicely packaged and protected. Again, so far so good. I took out the first standee to see Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia. Overall, the print quality of that standee is ok. Seems a little dull and fuzzy, but not horrible. I then pulled out Woody and Buzz Light Year from Toy Story, and wow, this one is super cool. Vibrant colors. Well printed and quality looks great. I'm excited. I haven't pulled out any of the others yet, but by looking at the first 2 standees and the experience I had from start to finish, my fears were definitely relieved. I can only hope at this point that the other standees are just as great as the Buzz and Woody Toy Story cutout. Hopefully, I'm not a little too early on the review, but overall, my experience from start to finish was much different than what I read online in other reviews.

I ordered a poster for an amazingly low price ($5), but unfortunately when it came it had been damaged in shipping. I followed the included instructions to get a replacement, and all I had to do was send an email with a picture of the poster and my order number. They responded back within a few hours and it was an actual person, not a bot, which is always nice. They said they will start working on a replacement and that I can do whatever I want with the damaged one. I haven’t received my replacement yet, but my experience so far has been excellent. They are fixing a problem that is not their fault, but that of a careless delivery man. Whoever they have as customer service reps should get a raise.

The product was fine. Nicely packaged. But "wood mounting" for posters went on SALE the day after I ordered for 50% off - I would have saved $100. No remedy. ONLY ORDER ON SALE.

After reading some rubbish reviews i was a little dubious at buying a poster from here. I received the posted that i purchased late November as a Christmas present in good time. There was no delay and it came in good packaging and the product looks good quality. It was also cheaper then other places i had seen it, which obviously was a bonus.

Recommend foremost for their accessible, competent customer service who're willing to assist in an informative, friendly way. The consumer may be fully secure in knowledge any issues emerging will be addressed satisfactorily, avoiding doubt among customers and instilling confidence with purchases.However, as I once purchased a poster and the resolution was not perfect as I had expected, which could have been better expressed in the details, I will detract a single rating. Additionally, a slight nitpick of mine: they should list any text at the bottom of posters individually - perhaps too much of a demand considering the manpower required to do so.Overall, comprehensive selection of posters, reasonable delivery service and competent customer service (for the worst of times).
