When I said that I wanted the car I'd booked, I was told that I could have it by 4pm. My booking was to return the car at 4pm, so this was clearly not an option (this could have been seen had the person actually checked my reservation). I was then told that those were the choices, and that was it...

Arrived to Heathrow T5. Collection bus was waiting to transfer to their office. Rukaya was super helpful and efficient with pick up formalities and Safeera was just the same when we returned our rental. We'll definitely use enterprise again!

i am a regular customer at yakima washington enterprise location and i just wanted to say what an excellent job they are doing... im especially grateful to elizabeth who has always been so helpful with rides to and from the store and with getiing me the best possible price....thank you elizabeth!

Pedro Castro who works for the branch in Peckham is an exceptional asset to Enterprise. His level of customer service was absolutely outstanding! His efforts towards getting my application verified and approved with urgency was absolutely incredible- It is not often that you come across individuals with the heart and passion for delivering quality customer care- He truly needs to be commended for his level of service. I am absolutely pleased and privileged to have encountered such a human being; An experience I shall remember for a very long time to come, indeed! Thankyou again - You are a star!

I just wanted to say thank you to enterprise on Western Branch Blvd for you help this morning. I want to especially thank Ayanna for her help renting the car. She is a very pleasant and knowledgeable person. Although it was very busy this morning she took the time to go over everything with us.

Friday I came to Enterprise and did not get their car that I needed to rent but they resolved that issue today I'm very happy with them working with me and taking care of this matter I gave them a bad review the other day and I have to take it back they were very kind and very helpful and gentleman that waited on me at the counter I want to thank him for his help

After having a problem through Hotwire we ended up at Enterprise Vero Beach Florida! We weren’t sure if we were going to get a car and our rep Michelle D was AMAZING! I was so upset and she made me feel that she was going to find something for me. She came through and got us on our way! THANKS MICHELLE

I've been to a Web Summit in Lisboa back in November 2019 and had only one extra day after the event ended. I've tried to find ANY car at any car rental services available for an ASAP reservation, but it was quite difficult to rent it due to the off-season. Went through 4 or 5 rental places and then finally got to the enterprise office near the city center and 1.5 hours left I was on my way to Cascais on a diesel i20. Thank you guys!

I was stranded at the Miami airport because another company took my reservation but then wouldnt rent to me because even tho I have more than enough cash in my acct to pay in full-I didnt have it on a credit card! Jennifer at Miami was so professional and got me a car in less than 5 minutes-no hastle! And gave me an upgrade! I will be a loyal Enterprise customer moving forward! Thank you! Enterprise!
