I just want to recognize one of Dollar General’s employee’s for going the Extra Mile to solve my problem. The employee’s name is Marqueeta at Dollar General store #11727 in Little Rock, Arkansas on Stagecoach Rd.in the Otter Creek area. This young woman went out of her way to help me with an issue that I was trying to solve for several days. It is refreshing to talk to an employee that is willing to take the time to see what the problem is and then help me solve it. I just want to bring Marqueeta to the attention of The Dollar General management for her excellent service. Plus it would be nice if Dollar General had some way to give a Good employee a compliment. Thank You Marqueeta for your excellent service !!!!

Once again, great customer service! With this crazy virus people are grabbing extra supplies... the cashier had a long line. She was super friendly to every patron. The store was clean. Thank you to all you girls up at the Pleasant Garden DG!!

I visit the DG in Pleasant Garden, NC 2-4 times a week. I always make an attempt to clean the clearance isles at whatever location I go to. The manager always goes above and beyond to help me. I LOVE shopping at DG!! Digital coupons are life savers! I donate a lot of what I buy (at least 90%). Teachers need our help, women shelters are worse, the kids need clothes and the kids have no toys to play with. Breaks my heart

I live in Abilene Kansas, and the dollar general there is a nightmare I am in a wheelchair and I couldn't get down any of the isle clutter everywhere, I bought a Google play gift card and when I scrated off the pin it looked like some had already sracathed it off because it was hard to romve the paper and you couldn't read the numbers or letters I really wished they would just close the store its been like that more than a year

Store on jefferson street in…
Store on jefferson street in springfield, illinois is very messy. Too many stock carts out on floor at one time. Customers cant get to merchandise. Products on floor which is a safety hazard. Staff are generally friendly. Store is in a good location and is needed by the community. Needs to be managed better. Would NOT like to see it close.

One stop shop for the whole family!
The store was clean and I was able to find everything I needed while there. I was out of town and needed toiletries, some food, and a few pieces of clothing for my son. They literally had everything I needed in one store. So convenient!! The employees were also helpful and friendly.

Your workers should not be on personal…
Your workers should not be on personal phone calls while they are checking customers out. I hang up my phone so I can be attentive to the transaction. Workers should take personal phone calls on personal time or at least NOT while operating the register. Very Rude and not professional.
